(4 portions)

1 package of silken tofu
1 bunch of garlic chives, washed
7 oz (200 g) pork tenderloin
2 cups chicken broth, homemade or store bought
2 shallots, thinly sliced
salt, pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil
